Digital marketing
Media that is judged on the lead count, not the impressions
Paid search, paid social and the analytics underneath them, run by Wheeler Advertising — buying media for powersports, RV and auto dealerships since 1991. This is a separate service from the ScoutX platform — most dealers buy both, and the website works exactly the same if you keep the agency you have.

The media on this page is run by Wheeler Advertising — dealership advertising since 1991, family owned, no long-term contract.
Everything, under one roof
Wheeler Advertising is a single-source marketing partner — strategy, execution and analysis rather than a media buy with a report attached. Sixteen services, an in-house creative team, and a set of tools they built themselves.

Tools they built
- Smart Analytics — vehicle page tracking by channel

- Intender Plus — in-market buyer data
- Wheeler Engage — visitors who never filled in a form
The creative is in-house, which is why a campaign can go live in a day or two rather than after a round of vendor coordination — and it is the reason the ad and the page it lands on can be built to agree with each other. No long-term contract: the account is re-earned monthly.
Two ways to buy
Which one you are buying
Website and marketing
Most dealersThe platform plus Wheeler Advertising running the media. One team, one number to answer for, and the only arrangement in which ad spend can be held flat on purpose while the site changes underneath it — which is how every result published on this site was measured.
Website only
The whole platform, with your existing agency or your own team running the media. Nothing is held back and nothing is tiered — the feature list is identical to what a dealer buying both receives. If you have an agency you trust, keep them.
Who runs the traffic
A powersports dealer typically buys the website from one company and the media from another, and each of them reports on itself. So a flat month has two accounts of it: the agency delivered the sessions and the site wasted them, or the site was fine and the traffic was junk. Neither account can be disproved with what either vendor is willing to show you, which is why the argument recurs every quarter and the lead count does not move.
Put both halves under one team and there is nobody left to point at, which is the smaller benefit. The larger one is that the spend can be deliberately frozen while the site is replaced underneath it — and a lead lift measured any other way proves nothing at all, because a bigger budget explains it just as well. Every multiple published on this site was measured under a frozen budget. That is not a pleasanter way to work; it is the only way the number means anything.
Buying dealership media since
Wheeler has placed advertising for RV, powersports and auto dealerships since 1991, and has had to re-learn the job at every shift in it — print, to search, to whatever the current one is. Scout is the first time the page the advertising points at is also ours.
People on the team
Strategy, paid media, analytics, and a creative studio that shoots and designs in-house. The person writing the ad and the person building the page it lands on work under the same roof and answer to the same result.
Service tiers, and no long-term contract
There is no bronze, silver or gold, so there is no version of this where a smaller store quietly gets the junior team. Every dealer gets the same one, and the account is re-earned monthly rather than locked in.
What we are not going to show you here
Wheeler buys powersports media and has since long before this platform existed — the gap is not the work, it is the published arithmetic. The measured media results the agency publishes — cost per click, days on market against a comparison group — are aggregated across its RV accounts, and no powersports equivalent has been compiled. Reprinting an RV figure under a powersports heading would be exactly the borrowed credibility this page exists to argue against, so it is not here and nothing has been invented to stand in for it. Ask on the call and you will be shown the accounts the numbers came from.
The question that sorts this out in one sentence
Ask your website vendor and your agency, separately, which of them is accountable for your lead count this month. If either answer contains the other’s name, you have found the gap — and closing it is the whole reason this arrangement exists: more leads without spending more to get them.
The platform numbers behind that claim, with the method for each, are on the company page, and the case against us is on its own page.
