The ScoutX platform
Six capabilities, and the reason they ship together
Bought one at a time, none of these moves a powersports dealer's lead count much. They are on this page as one system, with the mechanism stated, because a feature list is not an argument.
AI shopping concierge
Covers the evenings your showroom is closed and hands over the whole conversation.
Plain-English inventory search
"Side-by-side under $20k, 4 seats, financing" — a sentence in, real units out.
Conversion-built lead capture
Multi-step forms that hand you a usable lead even when the shopper stops halfway.
Site speed
96 mobile, 82 desktop on Google Lighthouse — measured on the Scout platform.
Analytics that surface action
Which units are getting looked at and not enquired on — answered, not buried.
Dealer-editable site
Spring promo written Thursday, live Thursday, across every franchise you carry.
Why they are not sold separately
Each one closes a failure mode the others leave open. Fast pages behind a single-step form still lose the shopper who stops halfway. Excellent forms behind a search nobody can steer never get reached at all. A concierge on a page that has not finished rendering is a feature no shopper ever meets.
On the same traffic, the combination is what produced a measured 2.5× average across nine dealer groups that switched — RV groups on this same platform, labelled as such rather than restated as powersports numbers. The powersports store we have measured is a single dealer, published with its own numbers rather than folded into an average.
Questions
About the platform
Does a single-store dealer get the same product as a group?+
Every dealer gets all six capabilities, whether you carry one franchise or five. Nothing is reserved for a larger store and no line is treated as an add-on. What moves the price is the size of the group and the number of OEM lines to set up — never which parts of the product you are permitted to use.
Can we turn parts of it off?+
Yes. Most of it is on by default and configurable per store and per franchise — a dealer might run the concierge across major units and leave it off parts and service entirely. Your account rep sets it up around your floor and your OEM requirements rather than a default template.
Where does the platform stop and a service begin?+
It stops before managed SEO campaigns, paid media buying and bespoke campaign microsites. Technical and on-page SEO for your core and franchise pages are built in; ongoing keyword work and link building are a retained service, not a product feature. OEM co-op submissions are a media job too, and we say so rather than letting it sit ambiguously inside what is included.
