Forms built for the shopper who does not finish

Most dealer forms are graded pass or fail. Reach the submit button and the store hears about you; put the phone down at the third question and nothing happened at all. In powersports a great deal of shopping is done one-handed, standing up, at nine at night — which is to say a great deal of it stops at the third question.

Contact details first, qualifying questions after

The conventional order puts the painless questions at the top and the phone number at the bottom, which is comfortable for the shopper and useless to the dealer: anyone who leaves before the last screen leaves nothing behind. We invert it. Name and number are asked while interest is highest, and the qualifying detail comes after.

So the store hears about the shopper who quits on the third screen. They arrive as a real contact, carrying whatever they had already answered — which line they were looking at, whether there is a trade, how they intend to pay for it.

Every unit page is a lead surface

A unit page is where a powersports shopper actually decides, so it carries four separate asks rather than one contact box under a spec table: what it costs a month, what the trade is worth, whether the unit is on the floor today, and whether they can ride it. Each goes to whoever handles that, and for a multi-line store that means the right franchise as well as the right desk.

Nothing is dropped on delivery

The lead is recorded here first and posted to your CRM second. If the post fails it is retried until it lands, so an outage at your CRM vendor costs you a few minutes on a follow-up rather than a customer you never knew about.

Conversion-built lead capture — questions

Is a partial lead worth calling?+

Whether to work it is a judgement for whoever is on the phone. The argument here is narrower: on most platforms nobody in the store is ever offered the judgement, because that shopper left no trace to judge.

Can we route by franchise?+

Yes — by franchise, by location, or both, so a Polaris enquiry reaches whoever sells Polaris.

Can we change the questions?+

Yes, per form and per location, through the admin.
