Reporting at the level you actually make decisions
Sessions and bounce rate do not help you decide what to do with the unit that has been on the floor since March. Reporting has to work at the unit level or it is decoration.
Per unit, per franchise, per store
Take one machine on the floor. The reporting says how many shoppers opened its page, how many of them asked about it, where that sits against the rest of the same line, and how long a comparable unit usually takes to sell.
Two very different problems look the same in a conventional dashboard, and this is what tells them apart. Plenty of views and no enquiries points at the asking price or the photography. No views at all points at findability — the unit is not surfacing in search, or the listing is too thin to surface. Repricing the second one wastes the discount.
Attribution that survives the click
Display traffic is kept out of the search numbers, the campaign parameters a visitor arrived with survive the whole session rather than being dropped at the first internal link, and a tap on a phone number is recorded as the conversion it is. On co-op media that is the difference between reporting a campaign and reimbursing one.
Weekly change, surfaced
The platform tells you what moved and where rather than making you assemble it — lead volume by source, units underperforming their traffic, what changed since last week.

Analytics that surface action — questions
Do we still need GA4?+
Keep it — the two are not substitutes. GA4 has no idea what a Ranger is or which one is sitting on your floor, so it cannot report against inventory at all; that is the half we cover. Run both and use each for the question it can actually answer.
Can we report by franchise?+
Yes. Franchise, location, condition and category all work as reporting dimensions.
